Following are the terms and conditions of our Delivery.

DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME:

All orders made before 5.00PM will be delivered in the next day otherwise it will be scheduled on the following day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Orders may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay on your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please allow 3-4 working days for bulk order.

DELIVERY RATES & ESTIMATES:

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat rate at $7.50 for minimum purchase of $20 and free delivery for $50 and above Order for selected Postcode.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING:

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been received containing your order details.

DAMAGES & REPLACEMENT:

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and copy of invoice before filing a claim or replacement. Because of the nature of the produce and perishable products if you are unsatisfied, we would request you to contact us within 48hours of delivery so that necessary actions can be taken.

For any other grocery products please contact us within 7 days of delivery to process replacement or refund.
